17th January 2010 Annual Meeting

Dear members,
We like to inform you that on the 17/01/2010, we will have the annual meeting of our club at Agios Konstantinos.
Read more for the meeting details and time schedule.

During this meeting we will have elections for the new board. Who ever is interested, may request a form that must be returned the latest 17/12/09.

During the meeting coffee will be served and after for those who wish, can have lunch there.

Price for lunch is €10 per person and drinks are at extra cost that will be paid for on the spot.
Please reserve a seat before hand as its only with reservations.

Nicosia will depart at 8.45 on the Anthoupoli Round About.

Larnaca will depart at 8.45 on the Larnaca - Limassol high way from the round about of Kalo Chorio under the first bridge.
In charge Andreas H'Giorkis 99424877

Limassol will depart from the Enaerios parking space at 8.45 and will meet with the Paphos riders in the Village of Kantou and then continue towards the meeting place.
In charge is Romos.
There is a small part of road (aprox 800m) that is under construction with loose gravel.
