Dear members,

by Wednesday the 16th of March you should send an email or SMS for dinner reservation on Saturday and/or Sunday, stating number of persons and if you request meatless or not.

Hotel reservation can be made through Chronos Travel by latest Monday 14/3/2011.

For the reservation stated clearly must be the name as shown on the ID or Passport and
also state if its Half Board or Bed & Breakfast.

Aloe Hotel (Kato Paphos) and prices are:

1) Double Room BB €27.00 per person in twin sharing room

2) Double Room HB €41.00 per person in twin sharing room

3) Single Room BB €50.00 per person

4) Single Room  HB €65.00 per person

The easiest way would be to send an email to Chronos with your name details and
then go to your nearest bank and make the deposit.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that at time of deposit you have your names shown as depositors.

If anyone wishes to pay by credit card you have to consider an additional charge of 2 – 3%
depending on the credit card you hold.

Hotel Voucher will be issued by Chronos Travel once all payments are finalized.

Please state your noon meal preference for Saturday at Drymou and Omodos on Sunday (meatless or not)
by SMS at the clubs telephone 99223021(write your full name, number of persons (if you have a co-rider)
and meatless or not).

Program is as follow for Saturday ...

Nicosia meets at Marangos bakery near Octagon at 7.45 am and departure at 8.00am.

Limassol meets on the highway under the bridge towards the New Hospital at 8.30
and departs at 8.45 with the other bikers from Nicosia.

After the hotel check in, we will be leaving at 10.20am to continue our route through the villages of Paphos.

Marangos Bakery στις 7:45π.μ. (αναχώρηση στις 8:00 και συνάντηση/ενσωμάτωση Λεμέσιων στις 8.45 - 9.00πμ στο highway)

ΠΑΦΟΣ

Στα πιο κάτω χωριά θα κάνουμε αισθητό το πέρασμα μας (εκτός από Δρύνια) με κορναρίσματα κτλ, αλλά δεν θα κάνουμε στάση για έρανο. Έχει γίνει συνεννόηση να μαζευτούν οι κάτοικοι των χωριών στη Δρύμου, όπου θα γευματίσουμε και θα προσφέρουμε μικρές βόλτες με τις μηχανές στα παιδιά των χωριών αλλά και στους ενήλικες που θα θελήσουν, ως ένδειξη ευγνωμωσύνης για την συμπαράσταση και συνεισφορά τους στο σκοπό.

Τα χωριά με (-) είναι εκτός εράνου, αναγκαστικά περνάμε κατά την πορεία μας.
